Asad Rasheed

Specialist Support Coordinator Asad brings extensive experience within the disability and community services sector, supporting participants with complex psychosocial, behavioural, and high-support needs. His work focuses on participant advocacy, crisis management, hospital discharge pathways, service navigation, and coordinating multidisciplinary supports while maintaining participant choice and control at all times.

Mohpreet Kaur

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Mohpreet is an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural presentations and psychosocial needs. She has worked across various disability settings delivering evidence-based interventions, Functional Behaviour Assessments, Behaviour Support Plans, restrictive practice reduction strategies, and therapeutic supports.

Jarren Lim

Physiotherapist Jarren provides physiotherapy services focused on improving mobility, functional independence, physical capacity, pain management, and overall quality of life. He works collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to develop tailored therapeutic interventions that support long-term independence and participation within the community.

Jonathon Lav

Occupational Therapist Jonathon supports participants to develop and maintain the skills required to participate in meaningful everyday activities and live as independently as possible. Occupational therapy intervention focuses on improving functional capacity, independence, and participation across home, work, education, and community settings.
