While we always strive to exceed the expectations of every
participant we support, we understand that sometimes things
may not go as planned. We are fully committed to working
with you to resolve any concerns in a way that is fair,
transparent, and respectful of your rights and your
experience. All complaints are taken seriously, investigated
thoroughly, and resolved promptly with clear communication
every step of the way. If you feel your complaint has not
been resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to
contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, which
is the independent body responsible for ensuring all
registered NDIS providers are delivering safe, ethical,
and appropriate services to participants across Australia.
If you need additional support in raising a concern or
making a complaint, please know that you do not have to
do it alone. There are independent advocacy agencies
available to assist you, including Disability Advocacy
Agency South Australia, who can help you understand your
rights, navigate the complaints process, and ensure your
voice is heard clearly and effectively. At Aurum Support
Coordination, we fully support your right to access
independent advocacy at any time and we will never
discourage or obstruct you from seeking that support.
We believe that every participant deserves to feel
empowered, informed, and fully supported throughout
every step of the feedback and complaints process.
At Aurum Support Coordination, we firmly believe that
the best way to continuously improve our services is by
listening carefully and openly to the people who matter
most, our participants, their families, and their carers.
Your feedback gives us invaluable insight into what we
are doing well and where we can do even better. Every
piece of feedback we receive is taken seriously, reviewed
thoroughly, and used to drive meaningful improvements
across all areas of our service delivery. We are not
simply interested in meeting the minimum standards. We
are committed to exceeding your expectations every single
time, and your honest feedback is the most powerful tool
we have to help us achieve that goal for every person
we support.
At Aurum Support Coordination, our commitment to you goes far beyond simply providing a service. We are committed to building a genuine, trusting, and lasting relationship with every participant we support, one that is built on honesty, transparency, and a shared dedication to your wellbeing and your future. We promise to always listen to your feedback with an open mind and a genuine willingness to improve. We promise to always treat your concerns with the seriousness and respect they deserve. And we promise to never stop working to be the very best NDIS support provider we can possibly be for you, your family, and every person who trusts us with their care every day.
